  • Support coordinators or case managers acting on behalf of NDIS clients

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. NDIS Compliance

Kindspire Support adheres to all relevant NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.

Our services are designed to align with and support participants’ NDIS plans and goals. We maintain up-to-date records, respect participant choice and control, and ensure service delivery is in line with best practices and compliance obligations.

5. Service Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or through email.

  • Some services may require a deposit or pre-approval through the participant’s NDIS plan

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid incurring fees

  • The current NDIS Price Guide may bill late cancellations or no-shows

6. Fees and Payments

All service fees are outlined in alignment with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

We accept payments through:

  • NDIS Plan Manager

  • Agency-managed (NDIA)

  • Self-managed participant accounts

Invoices and receipts will be issued for all services provided.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Kindspire Support website, including text, graphics, logos, and documents, is the property of Kindspire Support unless otherwise stated and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Users are not permitted to reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

Prohibited activities include:

  • Misrepresenting identity or eligibility
