At Kindspire Support, we believe that you can’t pour from an empty cup; that’s why we’re hosting “You Can’t Pour from an Empty Cup – R U OK? Day Community Connection Event” on 11 September 2025 in West Hoxton.

This uplifting morning is designed to foster connection, conversation, and mental well-being. Highlights include:

  • Wellbeing Workshop led by Uniting Counselling and Mediation FRC Fairfield

  • Inspiring guest speaker sharing lived experiences and hope

  • Fresh brews from the Able Minds Coffee Cart

  • Fun activities for all ages

  • Exciting raffle prizes

Your $5 entry includes 3 raffle tickets and a donation to R U OK?, supporting their mission to:

  • Encourage meaningful “Are you OK?” conversations

  • Connect communities to mental health resources

  • Reduce stigma around seeking help

  • Support education and awareness programs

All proceeds help provide access to vital mental health resources and foster community connection.
